During your first visit, one of our gentle veterinarians will perform a thorough physical evaluation of your pet’s health. This includes examining the mouth, eyes, ears, skin, and coat, listening to the heart and lungs, and assessing your pet’s weight. This is also a great opportunity to talk about diet, exercise, and other at-home care considerations.
We ask all our new clients to complete a registration form with information about themselves and their pets during their first visit. To make your first visit run a little smoother, we’ve made our new client form available online so that you may complete it before your visit. Simply fill out the form and submit it online before your appointment. If you prefer, we can also provide the form during your first visit for you to complete then.
