We are very excited to share that as of July 7th, we are now able to have you accompany your pets into the hospital when you come for all appointments! We want all of our families to feel comfortable with their visits, so you can now choose to have one person accompany your pet inside our hospital.
- For those with appointments who are not comfortable entering the hospital, we will continue to provide curbside pet-only appointments as well as drop off appointments.
- Patients with appointments may now enter the building with 1 human companion.
- If you choose to not accompany your pet, when you arrive, please remain in your car and give us a call so we can check your pet in for their appointment. When we're ready to see your pet, we will call you to bring them to our lobby where an assistant will escort your pet into the hospital.
- If you do accompany your pet into the hospital, while waiting for an open exam room or for your pet's invoice, we may ask you to have a seat in our lobby or on the patio to maintain social distance in the reception area.
- By popular demand, Medications and Pet Food pick ups will continue to be a contact free service only.
- Everyone must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status and maintain social distancing at all times throughout your time in our hospital for your safety, as well as that of our staff and other pet owners in the hospital.
It is our number one goal to keep everyone safe. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have a fever, please do not enter the building. We kindly request that you have a representative come in your place or reschedule your appointment.
