8:30 am - 5:00 pm  Monday, Wednesday, Friday

8:30 am - 7:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday

8:30 am - 3:00 pm  Saturday

Appointment Policy

Patients are seen by appointment unless there is an emergency situation.  Drop off appointments are available upon request.

Surgical patients are admitted to the hospital between 8:30 - 9:00 am unless other arrangements are made prior to the day of surgery.  Discharge times vary depending on your pet's surgical procedure.  We ask that you call after 3 pm on the day of your pet's surgery for his or her discharge day and time. 

Hospitalization

Should your pet be hospitalized for more than 24 hours, daily progress reports on your pet's condition will be given.  The best time to call for an update each morning is at 9:30am and/or between 1 - 2 pm in the afternoon. While your pet is hospitalized, visiting times may be arranged with one of our receptionists.  Visits will be dependent on your pet's condition.
 

Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements were made.  Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and personal checks are accepted.   Please feel free to request an estimate prior to treatment.
 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your pet's safety, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.   Please feel free to ask for assistance if needed.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
